Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
This is being used to evaluate and help people across the whole company to comply with QA rules. In every company (including mine) we have rules that engineers should follow. Furthermore, by using Playvox we can make sure that everyone is complying with such rules. If not, the evaluation is very precise and we can indicate precisely what can be improved, it also lets you personalize everything for the company needs.

Playvox is very lightweight and supports multiple people logged in at the same time. I also love the idea that it is possible to directly have a chat from the Playvox interface with everyone involved on the QA process which is awesome or even ask questions if any (in regards to each evaluation). This appears to be the best product in this industry.
I can only talk based on my experience, but having Playvox evaluations really helped me improve my understanding of which points I am failing and how I can use my knowledge to improve it. The metrics and key points are really easy to understand, signing the evaluations is also useful so I can acknowledge that I saw it.
Usually, companies have thousands of employees, therefore, it is important to automate workflows as much as possible. I believe our QA team now spends much less time doing repetitive tasks when evaluating every single engineer. Playvox had a great positive overall impact on the company and also on every engineer who are constantly receiving evaluations and improving over time.

I really like how it is possible to compare all the evaluations against my peers/colleagues so I can know how they are doing and what is going on at the company. These graphics are all automatically generated on the Playvox interface. Overall, the system is very useful for any sized company (big and small).
