Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is used to measure the quality of service provided by agents of the company where I work. In addition, we were able to analyze our organizational charts and create recognition campaigns for achieving goals. As a supervisor, I use the tool to follow the development of my team and I can see who is doing well or not. In addition, we use Playvox as a knowledge base so that agents can use the tool to streamline the service flow.

To keep up with quality Playvox is very good. I can take my team along with me very well. I like [it very] much.

But for more dynamic cases, Playvox leaves something to be desired. The tool is a little plastered and bureaucratic, in addition to presenting some difficulty in some parts.
