Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is being used by the department of Customer Service. We use it for communications by the leaders, to function as a knowledge base with all the information necessary to help the customer, to evaluate the chats that the team service carried out and also as a "store" where we can use points we make by having good evaluations and nice productivity. So, it helps us to have a unique knowledge base, that is easy to access when we are serving the customer. The Playvox is too the place where we share some acknowledgments, the most important being the points that we can use in the store.

Pros

  • The design. I think it is clean and fun.
  • The community tab is excellent, especially the Karma store.
  • The evaluations are presented in a nice, clean and intuitive way.
  • The sessions and the possibility to do a quiz after it.

Cons

  • When the flap is minimized, the design does not adjust. So depending on the width of the tab, I can only use it if I zoom in to decrease the size.
  • In the knowledge base tab it does not have a function of searching for words, such as a Crtl+F, but within articles.
  • It would be great with we could open a dispute even if we signed the evaluation.
  • Helps employees see themselves recognized and feel like improving.
  • Helps to show how this improvement can be made through evaluations.
  • Improved access to information and the learning sessions quickly.
Playvox is more intuitive and helps more in creating a knowledge base. We've tried google docs as well, but the information isn't easily accessible to everyone who needs it. Thus, Playvox is better at using the knowledge base. Also, for official communications, it is also much more interesting than Qulture.Rocks.

I think Playvox is too good to create a knowledge base to be accessed by the entire department. It's a really cool function, but I also think improvements can be made. I wouldn't use Playvox for calls, for example, or for a quick exchange of information, as it would be very confusing.
