It's used by everyone involved in customer experience. We see all help that we need to guide the customer on our app and how to use our services, we also can check out our weekly evaluation that helps increase our work and the customer experience by getting tips and helpful advice.
  • Organization by topics.
  • Check our quality evaluation.
  • Check out the new updates on our topics.
  • Translate the whole site. I'm from Brazil and even when I choose Portuguese some parts are still in English.
  • Sometimes when we receive a quality evaluation we don't receive the notification.
  • Getting better by receive the quality evaluation.
