Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is mainly used by the CX department (CX stands for Customer Experience). It's basically a knowledge base for the whole sector, in which we can consult helpful information for our job. Besides this, we also use it to review our work and control our quality on answering the client's demands.

The platform as a work tool is very useful. It really helps the team to develop great work. Playvox gives a lot of independence to the employees because we no longer have to consult our superior in order to find a guideline about how to act or make a decision.
