Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

It is used by my whole organization and it's used for monitoring the employees, for helping with tips, and consulting other materials that can help when we have doubts or are not sure how to answer a specific question from our clients. My department specifically focuses on the quality aspect of Playvox. I haven't had any problems yet.

  • Helps the employees know where they stand.
  • Helps with the management of the team.
  • Visually it could be more innovative.
  • Easier to research things on it.
  • Have more space for communication.

For companies who are more based on home office and online engagement, Playvox is perfect. It's a good way to consult information when need so you don't have to always send messages asking questions.
Maybe for people who work inside a company, it might need some changes, but still, it'll be useful for online consulting when in doubt.
