Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
Playvox is being used by my company to provide and reunite all the necessary information all the employees need to work. Every time you need to remember something or to learn, study, you can access Playvox and find the page where all the information is. I find it very useful and helpful.
Pros
- Playvox organize all the information and is easy to find what I need.
- All the tools Playvox provide are useful and helpful.
- Playvox is good to keep in contact with all the colleagues.
Cons
- Sometimes there are notifications that do not exist.
- The notes besides the web page should be easier to have access.
- The buttons above, next to the profile, should be easier to understand.
- The color.
- I learned everything I needed to on Playvox.
- It helped me to become a better professional.
- I have more contact with the people who work with me, and I can see them at work because of the pandemic.
I believe that Playvox is necessary to use over the other platforms, because Playvox is where I learn, I study, I contact my superiors and colleagues to know how to act and what to do. Without Playvox, I wouldn't be able to use the other ones, which are very useful too.
