Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox helps us to monitor chats and calls as it allows us to see their mistakes and not make them again. All of that happens with percentages. For that, companies need to use it to make competitions between agents to make them realize their results Playvox meets all of our requirements. So easy to use for all people. Very important for companies that want to be at the top. Playvox is an great program.

Playvox is the best famous and influential system to monitor agents, SME'S and team leaders. It helps us to know our performance. It also controls our work in companies. The best thing is that we can dispute our mistakes and discuss these mistakes with a quality team I think it's a great program.

I really enjoyed it while I use [Playvox] it helps the company and SME's to manage chats and calls and monitor it which make it easy. Identify areas in which my agents need to be trained, send them targeted Learning sessions and easily track their results with our Learning Product.
