Overall Satisfaction with Podium

Podium is used at my company to get reviews from our customers. It is so easy to use and has made a huge difference in our online presence.

  • Staff members like it.
  • The cost is a bit high.
  • No direct phone number for support.
  • Does not work with Yelp.
  • Has made a huge difference on our online review quantity and quality of reviews.
  • The cost is too high for most small businesses. I have referred friends to it but I always get that response.

I have never heard of any of these other companies. I met Podium at the Las Vegas Furniture Market Trade Show and signed up right away because I could see the value in it. The sites we see most reviews on are Google, Yelp, and Trip Advisor. I didn't know there were more companies out there so their marketing isn't very good compared to Podium.
I have to send an email to get information. They have a chat system but I end up having to go through my rep for account questions. It was a little frustrating to not have a direct phone number to call with questions. I would like to see a helpline added.

It works great with happy customers. They are usually happy to leave you a great review if prompted. I would not use it if a customer had an issue or problem because we do not want to suggest they leave an unfavorable review. It is easy to send them to Google to leave a review.
