Overall Satisfaction with Polycom RealPresence Group Series
It is used for the entire company to facilitate calls globally. It helps lower the need for travel while still allowing face to face communications.
- Easy and attractive interface
- Integrates well with a control system
- Very easy to manage via web
- Better integration with Cisco CUCM
- Adding audio calls can sometimes be tricky when dial tones are needed
- Put labels on the new remotes so people know which buttons do what
- Huge savings on travel expenses.
- Increased collaborations and productivity.
- Good results have caused more purchases of video equipment.
Other departments have been testing and using them. I am unaware of there opinions at this point.
