Overall Satisfaction with Polycom RealPresence Group Series
Sappi recently purchase six Group Series 500 codecs this past year. The units have been distributed to our major sites with the hopes of decreasing travel costs.
- The clarity of the video is a strength.
- Support is strong with Polycom.
- The units will integrate with Skype which will help us in the future.
- The user interface/remote could be more intuitive.
- The EagleEye Director is good, but the tracking needs refinement.
