Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

We use PowerDMS for our policy and procedures first, then we incorporated our training into the system. After we set all that up, we started using PowerDMS to manage our subpoenas. This allows us to disburse them out, track when they opened it and when they sign for it. We are able to hold employees more accountable for items with this program!
  • PowerDMS allows you to create groups so that supervisor is able to see what their shift has to do within PowerDMS.
  • PowerDMS allows use upload our subpoenas into the system to push out to the employees.
  • PowerDMS does well at tracking who has viewed a document and who has signed a document.
  • I have no cons at this time.

  • Our department doesn't have to print policy and procedures for every employee now.
  • We also don't have to print or hand out subpoenas as they are sent by email and transferred over into PowerDMS.
  • Training can be done online verses calling people in to do in classroom.
