Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Prezi as a presentation tool in my classroom. I have also assigned students to use it for various projects.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use
Visually appealing
Different than PowerPoint

Not a ton of pre-created templates to work from

I used the free version.
Not much time was needed to understand how to use the tool, and my students were able to figure it out easily.
It's cloud storage so its easy to find your work.
Was able to integrate work I have already created in PowerPoint.

This is a presentation tool similar to PowerPoint and Google Slides. I like how it feels more interactive because it allows for more logical sequencing and acknowledgment of the bigger picture. I am a middle school social studies teacher and I use and I have my student use it when presenting sometimes for class.

Support Rating

It's a very good presentation tool in the traditional sense. I feel it's aesthetically more appealing than PowerPoint and Google Slides. I like to use it when I am in the classroom or making presentations to colleagues, at conferences or my administration. You can easily embed files and videos. As a teacher, there is not much built-in for a summative assessment
