What I love about Prezi is that it has revolutionized the way presentations are made and previewed, taking a step forward in being a platform that streamlines the process and functionality of the company, making the viewer get involved and as the presenter you can express your ideas more clearly. Prezi is much more dynamic and visually appealing to the general public, thus helping to effectively transmit the information you want to convey. It is very essential to use Prezi in work meetings or conferences since the feedback and interactivity is excellent, it also keeps the information that is being transmitted interesting to the public.
Pros
- All its features are very easy to use, its functions are very simple in all aspects.
- Visually it is very nice, it captures more attention from viewers than normal presentations.
- You don't really need to be a professional to be able to make presentations here, however, people who don't understand very well how its features work can easily find YouTube tutorials that help to forge that necessary basic knowledge.
- It is very attractive to be able to see 3D slides helping the user to be more creative and build their ideas from scratch on this platform.
- It is very simple to be able to include some audio or video within the slide.
Cons
- For new users they should include something similar to mini tutorials and thus streamline the learning process.
- Since I have used Prezi, its performance has not improved, it seems that it has eaten all the resources of my PC. So this indicates that Prezi can practically not be used well on old devices.
- Its interface should improve a little, placing most of its functions within the user's view and thus be able to understand its use easier since most of its functions are within key combinations.
- In the sales environment it has been favorable since customers have been more interested in our products.
- We have not required looking for a professional to help us make presentations, since with how easy it is to use Prezi, you are able to make creative presentations yourself.
- The conferences that have been held with Prezi have helped a lot to capture the information that has also attracted new clients and potential clients.
Prezi has been the best option since the way in which the information can be transmitted is more intuitive to the rest of the presentation software. Prezi shows me that with simplicity we can achieve a lot and that in addition we should not only see the slides from a single point of view but beyond that.
