Overall Satisfaction with Vasion Print

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it across seven offices with printers in each location. We removed the need to use Group Policy and a print server, which in turn reduced costs.

Pros

No need for servers.
IP address auto adding.
New features and updates.

Cons

From what I have seen no improvements.

Return on Investment

Removable of print server hosting costs.
Ability to reduce support costs by not needing to remote into the server to reset printer spool.

Usability

Very easy to use and also to manage, one small client and a chrome browser plugin and worked seemless

Alternatives Considered

Vasion Print was recommended by other IT Managers, so I did not look at other options.
