Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

We use Vasion Print daily as a printer server on all computers. We also utilize it to store printer drivers and deploy printers. The product is great, but the price is not. In my opinion, it is very expensive and has lots of add-ins that we do not utilize. Every year, we add another $3k for usage.

User-friendly for admins.
The print server works like a dream as long as you get everything set up correctly from the start. It took us a while to get there.

I feel like they don't like to fix issues because they never believe there is an issue with their product. It is always on the user's end. The price goes up every year like clockwork.

The price is much higher than it was when we purchased it five years ago. We are currently looking at more cost-effective options.
