Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic
We have used PrinterLogic to run on all our Windows and Macintosh computers for the facilitation of securely printing information on the office copiers that are on our work network.
PrinterLogic solves the need for our staff to ask for IT assistance with adding a copier to their list of printers on the computer as it is done within 3 clicks from the PrinterLogic tool already installed on their computer.
It also solves the need to manually have staff set the printers up in preferences. As we have a custom set parameter for our secure printing.
We can also manage printer drivers in our administrative panel in the cloud so that driver updates can be handled quickly and easily with client machines.

PrinterLogic has assisted our organization and securing the printing needed from our staff. We have a lot of sensitive health information that is sometimes printed at offices, and this needs to be done when the staff are ready to print, at the copier or printer itself. Printer logic has given us many administrative tools to unify the printing services across our systems, and make it easy for staff to manage their own printers on their system.

We love Apple air print, but it is limited in its ability, and that you have to have the printer on a Wi-Fi network with the mobile device, and it only works with Apple devices. PaperCut is great also but I believe it's cost to benefit ratio simply were outmatched by what PrinterLogic was offering us.
