Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

I manage a partner program that consists of customer user groups led by partners. All leaders are required to host events for their groups. I have to get swag for the attendees of the events and the leaders of the groups.

  • Ability to customize
  • Responsive representatives
  • Pricing transparency (prices change when you choose different colors)
  • Being able to use a portion of the account balance and then using a card for the rest
  • I wish invoicing was able for basic accounts

  • Our leaders love having swag to share
It's been great so far, but it could have a couple of improvements.
It's great to be able to send swag straight to customers' doors around the world.
I'm not in charge of which one we use.

I like the giveaway campaign. The way the program that I manage works with the giveaway option is the best campaign form. Our program is currently virtual, so not needing to have physical inventory is excellent! Being able to ship swag to people straight to their homes is perfect since we have participants from all over the world.
