Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

I took over print fulfillment for our conferences/customers and swag for internal employee campaigns and Printfection is by far the most customizable, all-in-one solution for our needs. Because of their integrated platform, their variety of items, inventory management, their ability for recipients to manage shipping addresses, and ability to create unlimited campaign types (plus their analytics - bonus) I will never go back to the vendor/process of yesterday with all the tedious back-and-forth email and limited options for shipping and storage.

  • Convenience of having all of our fulfillment activity in one place is great and still cost effective
  • Getting started, it took me a bit to navigate the various features of their platform as well as a few calls to customer support to help me find my way but after some practice I was able to navigate and found that the platform is pretty intuitive.

Their customer support team has a dedicated rep that helps whenever an issue arises, this is helpful especially at the start. They are responsive, and they even provide short Loom videos to reply to questions I had. This worked perfectly and SAVED TIME - instead of a back and forth email exchange or having to set up a meeting to address a question or issue.
Before Printfection no one wanted to handle swag due it being a pain to upkeep and manage, due to the tedious back and forth email required and just not a productive use of our time. Also the fact we were remote complicated swag management and shipping and storage of items and so with Printfection's all-in-one platform, they have helped our team tremendously and actually I enjoy swag management now :)
Printfection won out over SwagUp due to their ease of use and ability to truly allow our team to self-service our swag via their platform, versus having to find storage for swag on our own.
