Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

Printfection has allowed us to collaborate between departments which has helped us save money so that we are not ordering duplicative items. As a remote-first company we love that we can store our inventory with Printfection and they can take care of the logistics of shipping it where we need it. We do lots of trade shows and events and it's helpful to have all our swag in one place.

The support teams are AMAZING. This is by far my favorite part of Printfection. Our account manager is wonderful. She is so great at anticipating our needs and is always helping me make the best decisions for our team. She has supported us through Executive Changes, flip flops in decision-making with different products, and she does it all with a smile. They are friendly and personable and really care about your experience. They have also gone to bat for me so many times with rush shipping or expedited fees!
The big thing for us with Printfection was being able to consolidate everything into one platform. We were using so many other swag tools, SwagUp, Swag.com, Merchology, iPromo, etc. We were able to take the items from those platforms, send them to Printfection, and get everything in one place. Now we are saving money by using things we already have and not doubling up on stuff because we didn't know that one team already had mugs so we ordered more.

Great all-around swag company. Provide support and a dedicated team to help with your projects. They provide storage solutions for your swag which is great for a remote-first company. The design team is awesome is always willing to provide edits or creative suggestions for you.
