Amazing support and product selection!
Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
We use Printfection for our gifting and swag. We have almost all of our customer-facing teams using it to thank prospects/customers and celebrate customer wins. We also use it internally to send welcome boxes to new employees. Lastly, Printfection supports our event swag and apparel. We previously were using a Shopify store and had trouble tracking things. It also wasn't easy for our team to understand and we saw a decline in gifting. Since starting with Printfection, we have already seen more interest in gifting from our team.
Pros
- AMAZING team. The customer support we have received is unmatched.
- Great quality of products and lots of product options.
- Very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
- The Salesforce integration is not where it needs to be. You only can integrate certain components and it makes it challenging to track things inside of Salesforce.
- Great team and support
- Easy to navigate
- Tons of awesome swag options to choose from
- Printfection is far more expensive than what we were previously using and we haven't seen a huge ROI yet in terms of influence on pipeline.
- Our employees are more engaged using Printfection than they were with our previous tool.
- Printfection helps with product design and research which saves me a ton of time when selecting new items.
There were a couple of reasons we selected Printfection: price and contract/level of commitment (we are on a month-to-month plan). To be honest, there are products that integrate better with Salesforce and have more capabilities but we were looking for something that didn't require us to sign a year contract and was a reasonable price. After purchasing, we are extremely impressed with their team and consider this a huge benefit of going with Printfection.
