We use ProcessMaker for deal closings. The product serves as a checklist.

ProcessMaker support has been very helpful and responsive in addressing critical issues.
Like other general productivity apps, I can see ProcessMaker being used for other industries and use cases.
Frequent issues with the system causes ProcessMaker to become unreliable although it has a lot of potential.
