We currently integrate QuickBooks with Procore to sync our Direct Costs for labor and materials in our Budget. In addition, the ERP with QuickBooks allows us to sync subcontractor Commitments, Invoices, Change Orders and Payments and cuts down processing time by more than half because we no longer have to deal with double entry.
The Daily Log tool is extremely efficient and easy to use. The mobile application is clear, concise and straightforward, while being robust enough to track all activities that happen on-site each day. The tool saves time for our Project Superintendent since the fields are already populated. In addition, the Daily Log tool provides clarity and consistency in our tracking of labor, materials, productivity and issues.
