Implementation Rating

Procore team is excellent at explaining their product and there are a lot of quick videos to get everyone on your team going. If you commit to jumping in you will be up and going in no time at all. We have used other software and Procore is by far the most user friendly.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We implemented Procore for project management for everyone at our company, from Project Managers to Superintendents. All the things that our previous project management software lacked Procore had on day 1 and they improve it constantly. It seems like as soon as we can think of something else it could do or do better the are already announcing that it is available. Someone is paying attention, this is developed by people who understand what we do and how we use the software.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Procore is everything that you need in one place. No more seperate plan mark-up apps, meeting minutes, pictures, etc.
Procore is constantly upgrading and adding new features.
Customer service is immediate and efficient.

Cons

The only issue that we have experienced is slow speed with uploads, but that seems to be improving.

Return on Investment

Procore is a time saver for project managers, from processing submittals, meeting minutes, plans, pictures. Every tool is the best that I have ever used.

Foundation

We have used different project management software over the years, this is by far the best.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend this software to anyone that is in construction project management....it is a game changer.
