Procore is currently being rolled out throughout our organization to best utilize all its functions and streamline the systems we use to perform our daily tasks.
- Procore is by far the best way to streamline information from the design team, contractor, and to the subs.
- It allows our team to look at the drawings, RFIs, specs, submittals all in one place and in real time in the field or in the office.
- Being able to have your field staff and office team buy into one program and workflow is by far the strongest asset that Procore offers.
- Procore does need to work on the zoom capability for drawings on the iPad, sometimes it is not enough.
- Being able to track who has actually opened and downloaded the files when issued would help with ownership of document control.
- Procurement Tracking really needs to be reviewed.
These capabilities have removed the hindrance of being able to get our remote teams, owners, and subs access to critical information. We are able to create a vast network without additional buy into the program and has created a centralized platform for teams to work from at any location.
- Streamlined our work flow.
- Eliminated overlap of current technologies, programs, and processes.
- It does take time to bring your entire staff on board.
