Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore to process RFIs and submittals. We also use it in the field to review drawings. It saves a significant amount of time to have Procore on our phones so we can review most docs in the field without having to go back to the trailer.
Pros
- The Procore app is a great tool and user-friendly.
- Uploading drawings and accessing is extremely simple.
- In general, Procore is very user-friendly. They do a great job of updating their software to make it even easier to navigate.
Cons
- We should be able to send out observations without taking a second step after it's been created.
- This is above my pay grade but I know everyone in the field uses it and it makes our job easier.
I use it because it's the product my employer chose.
