Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use procore for all of our job needs. Our project managers, superintendents, and architects utilize the software in order to keep our job running smoothly and to keep all communications available to all team members.

Pros

  • Easy to use in all areas.
  • Promotes unity among team members.
  • Keeps all documents organized and accessible.

Cons

  • More accounting functions.
  • Hate the new layout.
  • Creating schedules.
As previously stated, e-Builder is very hard to use whereas Procore is very user-friendly. However, e-Builder will let you bill (create pay apps) whereas I have not come across this feature with Procore.
I was explaining procore to an architect working with us on a project, after a brief tutorial he sent me an email raving about how much easier this software made communication and submittal review.

I also use e-Builder and find it a lot harder to work that Procore, user friendliness is key!
