Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used where we are a subcontractor as a go-between for us and the general contractor.
Pros
- Manages individual submissions.
Cons
- I have not been able to download multiple attachments from different submissions at once.
- It does not seem to auto-number documents using fields of data and descriptors.
- I can't answer this as I am not the general contractor. It does save some time, but only if there was not an error on the part of another user, which seems to happen frequently.
I did not choose Procore. Given its price and how easily it integrates with mobile hardware, I see how this is a great investment for anyone looking for basic document control functions.
