Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We mainly use Procore for document control and the subcontractor tendering process,

Pros

  • Document Control
  • Submittal Management
  • Custom Reports
  • Directory

Cons

  • Site instructions - this tool is helpful but not fully there yet to be useful for us
  • Excellent ROI... We are saving a lot of time on information management and document control.
  • Aconnex and Siteworks
Procore is better.
Less appropriate if the job you are tendering is tiny (say a maintenance job) or if there is only one or two companies involved.
