Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use it across the entire organization. Multiple users in the office, as well as each foreman and project lead on every site. Having all the information for every project just a few clicks away has allowed our team to be extremely more efficient on the job site. Way less phone calls to the office requesting information, and virtually eliminating the need to print drawings.
  • Able to mark up drawings and distribute instantly.
  • Detailed logging of events, such as date and time emails were sent out.
  • Auto reminders set up, so nothing is forgotten.
  • Drawings tab needs a rotate tool.
  • System can drag at times.
  • Mobile app takes up way too much memory.
  • Saves money not having to print drawings, submittals, specs, etc.
  • It is not a cheap service, but it is completely worth it.
I have seen others such as, Edgebuilder, Fieldwire, Gradebeam, Planswift. None of them are as advanced or as use friendly. Procore is the only way to go.
As a mechanical contractor we have many projects with many different specs. At times it can be difficult to keep all that info in your head. With procore all the information you ever need is only a click away.
