Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used with Wieland to make the construction management process easier. Procore streamlines important documenting processes such as submittal review, RFIs, and keeping our plans digital and up to date. Procore keeps everything easily organize and tracks all changes made to most documents which keep everyone on track. Personally my favorite aspect it is able to automatically upload documents from PDF and pull off important info such as page number, revisions and dates.
Pros
- Organizes and uploads drawings accurately and fast. Procores system automatically pull important info off plans which is very useful when you have over 600 sheets to log into the system.
- Procore has an awesome customer service team ready almost at the click of a button.
- Procores ball in court feature keeps engineers, architects and owners on track by providing automated emails to remind them when something is due.
Cons
- I wish Procore could perform better in the area of budgeting. We do not currently use this feature.
- I would like to see the quick view of documents be more like the quick view of plan documents which makes it easier to move around to see the document.
- When uploading drawings, if the spacing isn't exactly right the pages can be put out of order which is troublesome to change after the fact.
- I think Procore has helped with the ROI.
- The billing is fair which allows your company to grow.
- Overall a great fit.
