Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore helps us manage all contract documents for our projects. We try to implement the use of Procore to all of our subcontractors. We manage all contract documents, RFIs, submittals, reports, and Meetings thanks to the help of Procore. File management seems very useful and convenient. Not only do we upload using this file management system, but we distribute to all the required trades and personnel. Communication is the key to managing a project and Procore helps on this.
- RFI & Submittal - We can keep adding them and revising them when we want.
- Email - We can easily distribute any documents using the email button.
- Documents - Upload any ASI, modeling files, drawings, specification to easily share with our trades.
- Drawings Upload - We can mark up drawings, keep adding revisions and compare the revisions.
- RFI - Once you export them the template can seem confusing. "Official Answer" should not be listed twice. We should be able to make revisions as we like and label revisions separately. (RFI 65.0 to RFI 65.1)
- AutoCad - There is no dwg preview support.
- iPhone - App needs to be optimized better
- Procore has made the company more effective.
- It pays for itself over the time.
Procore has more features, functions and capabilities of other software. Most importantly Procore keeps getting better.
