Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used at my organization as our primary construction management tool. We are slowly transitioning it into the accounting department once it is integrated with Sage and DocuSign. It has streamlined our change management which has saved our organization a large amount of time and increased productivity.
- Change Events is a somewhat new feature we are using. It is a great way for us to manage all elements of the change in one primary location.
- The Drawings tab is the best around. To be able to compare drawings and post photos and RFIs, and others to the drawings is the coolest tool!
- DocuSign was a great collaboration! This has saved us so much time, paper, and costs to be able to go electronic to sign documents and all stored in Procore.
- Scheduling. I have tried to import a P6 schedule to the scheduling tab. It is not useful at all. I did find the scheduling tab useful for 3-week look a-heads when I manually input them.
- Procore Drive is great but I wish they had something integrated with the Microsoft File Explorer.
- I personally do not know the cost of Procore but I am willing to bet that it has had a positive cost impact considering the executive team is the driver of using Procore.
Constructware is archaic. While they stayed the same, Procore put their focus on better and more innovative technology to increase efficiency in the construction business.
