Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used across our company in multiple departments. While it's primarily used by our operations team, it's consistently used in marketing, insurance & risk mitigation, accounting, and preconstruction.
Pros
- Integration with systems - Procore is great at working with other pieces of software to eliminate double entry work.
- Paperless systems - eliminating paper is a huge cost saver and environment saver in our business. Additionally, we are able to reduce downtime by waiting on paper systems or retrieving them from a central location when everything is stored on the cloud.
- Interdepartmental and inter-company communications - allows us to effectively communicate with associates and consultants while all working on the same system.
Cons
- Continue to work on the development of preconstruction software to make it more user-friendly.
- Work on financial integration and flexibility to allow us to use all of the financial tools
- We have had great success in tracking status of projects and maintaining that history.
- Have done a great job of eliminating waste with double entry work by integrating multiple systems.
