Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore company-wide to keep all personnel up to speed on all projects with real time information.

Pros

  • Procore is phenomenal platform for warehousing project RFI's and Submittals and making that information available to all related parties.
  • Procore's Daily Log tools are great for keeping the office staff in tune with the work taking place out in the field.
  • Procore's Photos tool offers some quick and easy ways to document the work taking place and warehousing those photos in an organized fashion.

Cons

  • Procore has so many features that it can be overwhelming, and new features are continually being implemented.
  • The budget tool, while a great tool, has some limitations and could be easier to use.
  • Procore can eliminate mistakes and misinformation with its platform. All necessary users are kept in the loop when the software is used as designed.
  • No other system can do Project Management as well as Procore.
Plain and simple - Procore's functionality cannot be touched.
We find Procore to be the best tool in the industry for project management. It is very robust. I think it would be great if Procore could integrate estimating features into its ensemble as well.
