Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being used throughout our company. It has been easy to teach others to use and works well for us!

Pros

  • Customer service is out of this world. Very quick to get answers and follow-up on issues and custom forms.
  • The tools are easy to manage and custom tools are available.
  • The fact it is cloud based allows for someone to work anywhere.

Cons

  • Photos should be able to be re-ordered, not just the albums.
  • Publishing drawings and specs can be tedious.
  • The positive impact Procore has had is ease of use for people that are not well versed in using such programs. It is simple to maneuver around in and makes logical sense when trying to find things or creating documents.
  • PM Web
Hands down, Procore is so much better than PM Web. MUCH easier to use and work in.
This program is definitely geared to general contractors, however, we are using it as an owner's rep and, therefore, some tools do not function for our position as well as they would for a general contractor. However, this is an excellent program and one that I would highly recommend.
