Overall Satisfaction with Procore

The product implements well with our day to day operations and is used by everyone on the project.
Because it is such a powerful tool
Procore is used on all of our projects to enable us to be able to effectively manage the projects from the start of construction thru the closeout process. Procore is a very powerful tool that is utilized by our architects, engineers and our subcontractors.
  • The RFI Management tool is extremely powerful.
  • We like the Change Management tool to track costs in the project.
  • It is extremely good at notifying users of stuff that is outstanding.
  • Can be down periodically which is not good.
We really like that it is a cloud based product that can be accessed literally anywhere there is a an Internet connection. We use this feature in the field to look up drawings and RFI's that are important to the ongoing work we are currently doing onsite.
  • Efficient so it saves us money.
  • Subcontractors and architects do not have to pay anything.
Procore is well suited to be used by both small and large contractors in managing the day to day activities on the site. It is extremely powerful when it comes to tracking items that are late or not completed timely. If the project is very small it may not make sense.
