Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore as a centralized source for document storage, project ops, financials, budgets, etc. Procore allows us to centralize our operations. We are able to provide quality, professional documents created in Procore to outside vendors. We've recently implemented the Inspections tool as part of our QC to track project issues, address, and resolve in a timely manner.
- Excellent central source for most operations within the project.
- Real time budgets with custom reports.
- No storage limitations.
- Cannot drill into budget line items to trace back to individual invoices with pictures.
- Custom workflow for invoice approval cannot tie back to budget or PO.
- As a subcontractor, many functions and tools are not necessary and therefore clunky to use.
- It does take a dedicated team to learn and maximize Procore's use.
- The price of Procore requires significant investment into training users to produce a positive ROI.
- Using Procore has opened doors to other clients and improved relationships.
We integrate Procore with Quickbooks.
We've been working with Procore for going on 2 years now. There has been pushback from old-school types, but the professionalism of Procore is very attractive when users are trained properly.
