Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I am using Procore to manage one of our large design/build contracts. Day-to-day this helps us most with coordination between the field and the office.
  • Drawings can be marked up in the field
  • Photos
  • Assigning tasks with email reminders to team members
  • Speed up response time on RFIs and submittals
  • Quick responses when questions and photos generated in the field

We no longer have to collect paper copies and input into a computer. Subs input their info, and we check and approve.

Procore is well suited for managing projects with lots of folks on the team, especially helping in managing subcontractors. All of the info is in one location.
