Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore for construction projects. It is incredibly difficult navigating the day-to-day tools at least thus far. Entering PO's, creating SOV, and invoicing do not seem to properly sync. This may be operator error but we are attending a conference in January to take further steps to smooth the process. This was dropped in our laps by our management team and they have zero ideas on how to implement the program themselves.
Pros
- Invoicing from a client perspective (i.e. being invited from their end)
- Tracking spending and syncing with QuickBooks
Cons
- Prime Contract Creation
- SOV Creation
- Zero positive thus far.
We use Quickbooks in our ERP sync to communicate our financial numbers for each project. The issue comes with the creation of the prime contract and then navigating the project with the information being entered properly. We either have to choose between having it entered incorrectly or only entering the information in Quickbooks to prevent the incorrect data from being entered.
It has made no impact on our daily workflow. The hope was that our daily logs would help in our weekly production meetings and would illuminate the process we were taking to hone in on any job-specific issues. That has not been the case thus far and I believe that to be because of our own error.

Our management brought in the product on the recommendation of other more specialized companies.
I would request all users to be present in research prior to purchase of product.
