Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore estimating is a huge breakthrough for specialty contractors. Being able to take off, estimate, and create bids all in the same platform is a huge step in efficiency and error reduction. The entire project management suite is very well put together from RFIs to Inspections and everything in between. Finally, the field productivity tools and reports are easy to use and provide progress insights.

EarthCam- provided live streaming progress of a significant component of the build as well as a time-lapse slide show once complete. OpenSpace ai- provided incredible Jobsite progress documentation and communication to a remote client. This was particularly valuable during covid. Microsoft O365- significantly increases the usability of the documents tool
Being able to record daily logs on my mobile device and include picture documentation is a game-changer. The talk-to-text capability of the iPhone allows for much faster recording. This increased efficiency means I am more likely to record notes on the spot and not have to remember what occurred to record later.
