Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are in the process of implementing Procore company wide for all projects. The biggest immediate benefit we've seen is that it saves our foremen in the field valuable time inputting their time sheets or the previous method we'd been using. What used to take 30 minutes each day now takes less than 5. Procore has also been very helpful with document management, particularly with specifications. The feature where it breaks the specs up into their respective sections automatically is outstanding and saves time.
- Timesheets.
- Document management.
- Change order management.
- The budgeting tool is a bit hard to understand at first.
- More software integrations would be welcome (Todoist, Foxit).
- Procore offers a lot of customization already, but adding more would be great.
- Saves time for our field foremen (at least 30 minutes per day).
- Excels at document management. We know everyone has the most up to date drawings and specifications.
- Provides increased efficiency for office staff by centralizing all aspects of a project in one location.
We have not put the ERP integration in place yet but plan to soon as this will help speed up payroll, change order management, and other accounting tasks. We also plan to integrate our scheduling software with Procore so the foremen can always check the app for updated schedule info.
We tried integrating eSUB into the company a few years ago, but the lack of customization options just made it too difficult. We would have had to change up the way we do almost every process. Procore, on the other hand, offers a lot of customization and that has made the integration process very smooth.
