Overall Satisfaction with Procore
I use Procore for bidding out projects, such as snow removal and landscaping. Our construction department uses it for construction projects as well. I love that you can have a central location for all the files associated with the project. I can see photos, site drawings, and utility paperwork. It helps solve the problem of multiple files being strewn about our server.

Cons
- The fact that it requires a price point gets frustrating, sometimes I just want a project to put photos in.
- Should be easier way to add users to each project directory.
- Sometimes there is so much on there it gets overwhelming.
- I've heard executives complain that each new project created gets charged.
- Has helped the bidding experience a lot!
- It is easy to keep track of all our vendors/find a vendor.
We have not integrated any third-party software with Procore.
