We use Progress Sitefinity as our CMS tool for our website as well as clients. Currently, just our marketing team and development team uses this tool as it keeps things streamlined and efficient. It was a much more user-friendly CMS that allows all teams to easily access and utilize the tool to its fullest. Marketers can market without messing up or breaking code. Developers can code without having to worry about SEO/marketing, etc. We are big fans of this tool and continue to use it. Also, this CMS is designed to grow with your website as your company grows.

Usability

Very big fan of this CMS, as it allows scalability, performance, and everything else. The support is great whenever we need it. As a marketer, the digital/marketing side of things is very easy to use and we've seen strong results from an SEO and marketing perspective. I can't speak to the developer/creative side too much, but in talking with these teams, they do recommend the tool as well.

Support Rating

Anytime we have questions or issues, they're great and very responsive. They provide quick feedback with ample details and walkthroughs. There are also great supporting documents and documentation on how to do things. Sometimes if you get the right person, they're able to actually do some of the work for us and help us.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a flexible UX platform that we really enjoy using. It allows us to scale the website as needed and this is a CMS we can grow with. You can edit code easily, as well as connect to many third-party integrations. The image library is a great tool that makes finding, resizing, and naming images easy.
