Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
[It's being used as a] Tool to abandon using emails to manage day to day design communication and act as a document version control repository, and manage tasks through Kanan board cards.
- Visibility of what we're working on and identify when someone is overloaded.
- File version control and review management.
- Communication on a matter is focused in a single place without having to go back and forth between systems.
- Software is buggy.
- Graphical interface is not user-friendly as text is truncated and properties panes are narrow requiring a lot of mouse scrolling.
- Notification inbox is not as useful as email inbox and not much emphasis by developers to improve.
- Less lost time due to loss work using wrong files
- Less meetings as status can be communicated on Kaban board
