Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
Currently, Prophix has only been used in our finance department to run financials. We are also working to implement job costing and projection models to assist with planning jobs while they are in progress.
- Prophix responds well to customer feedback and is able to roll out quarterly changes that incorporate customer requests.
- Allows you to view your data from multiple angles
- Support is always available to help with questions or problems
- There are some instances when Prophix takes you to an error screen instead of preforming what you wanted it to do. This [should] be fixed.
Our data is currently being imported from Spectrum by Viewpoint. Financial data has limited issues, but with more robust data sets, we did have to exclude datasets as to not bog down the system.
Currently we are hosted by the cloud, but we have experienced limitations because of this. I feel we don't have enough freedom in adding new datasets to the cloud environment, but Prophix has acknowledged that this is something they are working to improve.
