Solid Product = Confidence in our Financials.

While we are an Automotive Association first, we have a number of additional business lines, so our organization is complex. We use many cubes within Prophix (Sales, Financial) and DPM only on a daily basis for Incentive calculations, Headcount Reporting, Account Analysis, Spend Reporting, and our month-end Financial Statements. Annually we do budgeting exercises but are not currently using any integrations/ approval automation due to a lack of resources. As an organization, we've used Prophix for almost ten years, and one of its main advantages is that regardless of where our data comes from, because of its setup, we have confidence in our data, reporting, and history.

Our budgeting process has not evolved, and we are still using excel for the majority of our business units. We have a lot of individuals responsible for budgeting which are not users within Prophix based on our licensing, so at the present time, there is no way around this.
