Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We are using Prophix for our monthly financial reporting, annual budgeting and monthly WIP reporting. We're also creating dashboard reporting for everyone from our PM's to our executive C-Suite and Board of Directors. The time it takes to create these deliverables has been shortened significantly through the efficiencies gained using the Prophix solutions.

We're moving all our budgeting, financial reporting and WIP reporting from Excel-based reporting to Prophix. This allows us to gain efficiencies with every process and also moves all our reporting to one place. No more searching file directories or trying to determine which version of the spreadsheet is the most up-to-date deliverable.
We felt Prophix was much more flexible than Briq and offered a more solid financial reporting and budgeting package. Briq is more custom built solution-focused. They build solutions to fit your specific needs. The primary reason we went with Prophix is that we wanted something we could tweak and design on our own after the initial build-out of the solution.

Prophix does a great job with financial reporting and budgeting. It is easy to build the reports and their product is quite capable of delivering any kind of financial report you would want. They can also handle WIP reporting as well as personnel planning and have solid solutions to improve the internal processes you have in place. End users seem to easily be able to navigate the software after just a brief introduction. The dashboards are good, but they could use some refinement to offer more flexibility.
