Qlik Sense Enterprise
Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense
We use Qlik Sense to evaluate retail product performance over time and against other similar products both within and external to our business. We extract the data from our ERP system with a direct connection and prefer to use it over other tools because it allows us to blend in data from other sources like Medallia.
- Qlik gives us a no-nonsense and easy to use interface that can spoon feed data to the majority of our users, while allowing for more detailed analytics by those that need it.
- Qlik’s connection to multiple data sources and ability to seamlessly blend them behind the scenes is simply magical.
- The network of community experts to answer your questions is above and beyond any of its competitors.
- Price is an issue, they seem to change their pricing model and offerings way to frequently, so you never know if you are getting priced appropriately.
- Graphics could use a modernization. They feel a bit 1980’s, not as crisp or sharp as Power BI, even though the tool itself is light-years ahead of Power BI.
- Spend more time improving the tool. Feels like Qlik is making a shift away from the tool and more towards data literacy in general, there is still so much more they could do with this product I would like to see more commitment to it.
- Product sales reporting is far more accurate now that we use direct data and not a spreadsheet intermediary.
- I had to add 2 headcount to keep development and admin working, but could easily add 10 more people as there is enough demand to do so.
- We can now ties our sales directly to our customer sat, so can see sales performance by customer happiness very easily.
The sales team felt more like they wanted to partner with us, the other firms had very slimy/oily sales people that kept promising things we know were undeliverable. Qlik wanted to partner with us, which we respected, and were willing to pay a little more for a relationship and not just be another notch on the salesman’s belt.
