Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense
The system is used throughout the organization. The main goal is to visualize business processes in the mode as close as possible to real-time. With Qlik Sense, our company explores data in various ways and draws its own conclusions based on this data. In addition, we have built a dashboard, KPI, and a system of grades.
- Qlik Sense has a low threshold for entry into development, which makes it possible to include the maximum number of units in it at the lowest cost.
- In addition to the system, better training is required.
- There was no special calculation of ROI, however, based on feedback from the company's management, the QlikSense implementation project was recognized as successful, as it allowed the whole company to introduce a unified system of monitoring business metrics.
In our company, we use additional libraries of Vizlib extensions, which allow us to significantly expand the regular functionality of analytics using D3 JS, and also significantly improve the visual component of our dashboards, thereby improving and simplifying the perception of an array of complex data by the end-user.
